Three color photos to be attached on the application form 5. A money order of $55 payable to Metropolitan Express (For 2 year multiple entry) (See Fees) 6. A self-addressed envelope with postage or account info (Fedex and EMS are preferred) 7. A cover letter with Email address. We will keep you informed via Email when your status has been updated. SCENARIO It takes Chinese Consulate 4 Business Days to process. If you use FedEx next day or EMS to apply and return, there will be another 2 days for your mail to go back and forth. If you are not in a hurry, you can use certified mail or registered mail or FedEx 2 day or FedEx 3 day for return. It will take a longer turn around time.
